Managing Director and CEO
Padmanabha came from strong academic background worked as an academician and then moved to the IT industry. Worked for various leading IT organizations and became entrepreneur and advisor for enterprises in designing methodology and organizational strategy past 12 years. He is part of several engagements in the area of ERP, Banking solutions, and AI/ML-based solutions. These are key futuristic and long-term areas of high growth globally.
Padmanabha with a strong academic background more than 25 years of industry experience worked on Designing software solutions, Training, and Resourcing. He brings deep technology and domain expertise in ERP for various industries and the Banking sector. Prior to becoming entrepreneur, Padmanabha has served various leadership role at Mphasis, HCL Technologies, and Hewlett Packard.
Padmanabha a Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.E) in Mechanical Engineering, from R.V College of Engineering, Bangalore. He also holds a Master's degree in System Analysis and Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology (NITK) Karnataka, Surathkal.

Krishnan Subramanian has more than 30 years of strategic and financial management experience in running international, technology-centric organizations with $400M to $1B in revenue. Core competencies include leading large, remote, multicultural teams and creating financial strategies that improve business operations. He is an expert in business planning, fundraising, financial modeling, management, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Passionate about business turnarounds and performance optimization, during his 25-year career with Hewlett Packard and associated companies (NYSE: HPE, HPQ), Krishnan held several senior level positions, generating savings of $200M and margin improvements of up to 22%.
